One of the first things you'll notice if you do any type of Guided Meditation is how much more relaxed you get.  Being relaxed helps both your mind and your body.  Your muscles loosen and your mind lets go of stress.

Experts say that 30 minutes a day of some guided meditation can increase your overall level of relaxation!

Meditation has been a life saver for me, it has helped me to slow down and connect with myself and my source. Guided meditations are great for beginners, I agree!
